Outpatient visit
The Montreal Children's Hospital handles approximately 120,000 visits a year in
its outpatient clinics and programs. Most clinics require a referral from the
child's doctor.
Before your scheduled appointment, make sure you have the following:

Your child's medicare card and hospital card

for more information)

Name and contact information of your family doctor or pediatrician (or the
doctor who referred your child to the clinic)

Any questions you may have about your child's condition
