Food gives us fuel to function and all of the vitamins and minerals we need to stay healthy.
This is why eating well is so important, especially for children because they are still growing.
Childhood is also the time when we develop good or - as is sometimes the case - bad eating habits.
March is nutrition month so we've cooked up a newsletter with 15 tips to help toddlers and preschoolers
develop good eating habits, advice on how to prevent food fights during dinner and a spotlight on the Clinical
Nutrition Service at the MCH. You can also read Derrik's story.
