IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: Returning to school or daycare for the child with gastrointestinal disease (PDF)

The Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition at the Montreal Children’s Hospital is a group of dedicated health professionals who care for children suffering from gastrointestinal or liver disorders. 

The Montreal Children’s Hospital Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Group (FDTG) includes specialists from different departments at the hospital who work as a team to provide prenatal diagnosis and treatment of fetal abnormalities.

Provides EA/TEF patients and their families a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary expertise to optimize the care and prevent the morbidity associated with complications that may develop during follow-up. 

Our service provides high-quality, evidence-based care from evaluation to investigation and medical and surgical treatments. 

Provides care through a multidisciplinary team approach for children with disorders such as juvenile diabetes, slowed or abnormal growth, precocious or delayed puberty, thyroid gland dysfunction, diabetes insipidus, hypoglycemia, lipid and metabolic bone disturbances and tumours of endocrine glands.
 

If your child is in need of emergency services, even during curfew hours, please do not hesitate to visit our Emergency Department. We will be providing attestation letters to patients and families as needed.
