The Cardiovascular Surgery Team at the Montreal Children’s Hospital provides consultation, evaluation, surgical care, and follow-up care for an entire range of pediatric surgical conditions in children from birth to early adulthood who have congenital (present at birth) and acquired (not present at birth but developing afterwards) cardiac and pulmonary disease.
Our Child Protection Program works with the hospital’s Department of Social Services and the Division of Adolescent Medicine/Gynecology to provide services to children and adolescents.
Our department provides diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of acute or chronic poisonings whether accidental, suicidal, or environmental.
The Montreal Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Test Center for children from 0 to 17 years of age inclusively. It is a walk-in clinic. No appointments are needed except for sweat tests.
The Physiotherapy department at the Montreal Children’s Hospital offers assessment and short-term intervention to children and adolescents from birth to 18 years of age.
