Fisher-Price is issuing a recall to repair Little People Builders Load'n Go Wagons after reports of children cutting themselves on the toy.
The voluntary recall was issued after seven reports of children in the United States injuring themselves. Five of them needed stitches or surgical glue. No injuries have been reported in Canada.

There are approximately 2,800 of the items in Canada, according to a release.

The red wagon with a yellow handle comes with plastic blocks and a dog figure. Wagons with green handles are not on recall.

The model number, on the bottom of the wagon, is #P8977.

The recalled toys were sold in Canadian stores between June 2009 and July 2011, for roughly $25.

Fisher-Price is advising parents to take the toy away from children immediately and contact Fisher-Price for a free repair kit. For more information, call Fisher-Price at (800) 432-5437 or visit http://www.service.mattel.com.
