The MUHC invites all of its employees, their families, friends and neighbours to an event marking the beginning of construction at the Glen Campus. Make a note of September 9, 10 and 11 on your calendars, because you won’t want to miss this!
Public information session
Thursday, September 9, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m
Open to all local residents and merchants, this info session, held in collaboration with the City of Montreal and SNC-Lavalin, will provide you with complete information on the construction of the Glen Campus and the surrounding road network. This is your opportunity to better understand the scope of the project and its impact on nearby neighbourhoods and learn more about the measures that the MUHC and its partners will take to limit the impact of the construction.
Thursday, September 9, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday, September 10, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, September 11, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Come discover the many facets of the Glen Campus. You’ll meet nurses, researchers and several other members of the MUHC team. We’ll have kiosks offering information about cancer care, our environmental initiatives, telehealth, the Research Institute of the MUHC, paediatric trauma, and much more. On hand will also be our partners McGill University, Shriners Hospital, SNC-Lavalin, the City of Montreal and the Inter-Neighbourhood Coalition.
The MUHC will host the event at the KoSA Arts Centre, 5325 Crowley Avenue (corner Decarie) in Montreal. The centre can be easily reached:
- by public transit via the Vendôme metro station;
- by bicycle via the de Maisonneuve bike path; or
- by car via highway 720 E (Saint-Jacques exit) and 15 N / S (Sherbrooke exit).
Info, attractions for young and old, and a take-home souvenir await you.
See you there!
