MCH Trauma partners with SAAQ

MCH trauma is pleased to be participating in this year’s Parents and Kids Fair at Place Bonaventure from March 31-April 3 2011. MCH Trauma specialists will be at the Place du Québec exhibition along with the Commission des Normes du Travail (CNT), Ministère de la famille et des ainés (MFA), Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux (MSSS), Services Québec and the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
Injuries are the leading cause of hospitalization and death in infants and toddlers. Liane Fransblow and Lisa Grilli, MCH Trauma Coordinators, will team up with SAAQ representatives to talk about proper installation of car seats as well as road safety. The MCH Trauma experts will also provide new and expectant parents with injury prevention tips geared to infants and toddlers.
