Montréal en santé – latest issue now available

Pick up the second edition of Montréal en santé currently on display around the hospital. Once again, the magazine features a multi-page section on the people–both professionals and patients–that make the MUHC a dynamic, innovative healthcare institution. You’ll enjoy reading the feature story about Canadiens captain Saku Koivu who was interviewed by MUHC Director General and CEO Dr. Arthur T. Porter. There is also an article about the hands-on experience our health professionals receive at the McGill Simulation Centre, and an inspirational story about an MUHC patient diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Every three months, 75,000 copies of Montréal en Santé are distributed throughout Montreal and the surrounding area. This includes the six MUHC hospitals, spas, health centres, pharmacies and supermarkets. Diffumag, the distribution company responsible for stocking the magazine in stores such as Jean Coutu, says that demand is so high they have a hard time keeping the stands filled. Montreal en Santé is also mailed to physicians across the province.
