New report: Trauma in Quebec children and young people 18 years of age and under

The study of the Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ) shows that the main cause of accidental death varies considerably according to age but most of those deaths can be avoided.

Additional preventive measures must be taken to prevent these injuries and deaths, in particular drowning in residential swimming pools, car accidents, bicycle injuries, and falls.
