Evenflo's cake toy of stationary activity centre ExerSaucer 1-2-3 Tea for Me recall

The cake toy of Evenflo's stationary activity centre ExerSaucer 1-2-3 Tea for Me has been recalled. The flame on top of the candle can detach posing a choking hazard to children.

 

No incidents have been reported but Health Canada asks consumers to immediately remove the recalled cake toy from the ExerSaucer and contact Evenflo to receive a free replacement toy.
