Language and cultural interpretation services are available in the various clinics and units, in the emergency department, and by telephone. Interpreters are available 24 hours a day to help staff communicate effectively with patients and families in over 300 languages and dialects.

Clinical social workers help families cope with the stress of hospitalization, illness or injury.
In the hospital, our Child Life Specialists can be found on inpatient units (medical ward, surgical ward, oncology ward, the Intensive Care Unit, the Acute Care Unit and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).
