The Department of Psychology is thoroughly integrated into every facet of care for chronically ill children and their families and committed to the highest standard of care. 

The Physiotherapy department at the Montreal Children’s Hospital offers assessment and short-term intervention to children and adolescents from birth to 18 years of age. 

The Montreal Children’s Hospital Pharmacy prepares and distributes medication used in the hospital and its clinics. 
 
Provides diagnostic services for patients up to 18 years of age. Consultation services cover the complete spectrum of pediatric pathology, including fetal and perinatal pathology, pediatric neuropathology, oncology, as well as medical specialties such as gastroenterology, pathology of the placenta, nephropathology, transplant pathology and dermatopathology.
 

The Pediatric Palliative Care Program provides care to patients in the hospital and, at home for patients needing end-of-life care.

The mission of The Montreal Children’s Hospital (MCH) Pediatric Consultation Centre (PCC) is to provide a consultative service to family physicians and MCH pediatricians who want opinions regarding a wide range of pediatric problems. These problems may include chronic headaches, developmental issues, language delays, recurrent abdominal pain, failure to thrive, gastroesophageal reflux, obesity, school and behavioural problems or any pediatric problem for which a physician wants a second opinion or more intensive investigation.

The Preoperative Assessment Clinic coordinates and facilitates the care of children and their families as they go through the surgical experience.

The Montreal Children's Hospital has created the first and only PCD clinic in Quebec. This multi-disciplinary clinic consists of PCD physician experts, physiotherapists, and otolaryngologists, who manage this complex disease together.  The MCH PCD clinic offers state of the art PCD clinical testing through specialized testing and equipment, including nasal nitric oxide measurement, electron microscopy assessment, and extended genetic testing.  

The Montreal Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Test Center provides walk-in diagnostic testing for children from 0 to 17 years of age inclusively. No appointments are needed except for sweat tests
